Print Books (Paperback & Hardcover)

All print books are produced on demand and fulfilled by our printing partner.

Processing Time

  • Print orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days

  • Once printing begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled

Shipping Time

  • Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout

  • Typical delivery estimates:

    • United States: 7–14 business days from order date

    • International: Delivery times vary by country and may take longer

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Production and shipping times may be affected by volume, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • shipping method

  • order contents

We do not add handling or packaging fees beyond the rates charged by our fulfillment partner.

Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your print book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

eBooks (Delivered via BookFunnel)

eBooks are delivered digitally and do not involve shipping.

  • Access instructions are provided immediately after purchase

  • If you experience any issues downloading or accessing your eBook, please contact us for assistance

International Orders & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
