Purchases made through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies. This policy applies only to purchases made directly through this site.
Print Books (Paperback & Hardcover)
All print books are produced on demand specifically for each order.
Because of this:
- Orders may be canceled only before printing has begun.
- Once printing has started, orders cannot be canceled or returned for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering error.
Damaged or defective copies
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at shop@chapelledoree.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will send one replacement copy at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged or defective print books.
30-Day Reader Satisfaction Guarantee (content only)
If you are dissatisfied with the content of the book within 30 days of delivery, contact us at shop@chapelledoree.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. As part of our reader-first policy, we will refund the profit portion of your purchase price; printing and shipping costs are non‑refundable because they are paid directly to our print and shipping partners.
E-books and Audiobooks (Delivered via BookFunnel)
E-books and audiobooks are delivered instantly after purchase.
7‑Day Reader Satisfaction Guarantee
If the e-book or audiobook isn’t what you hoped for, just reply to your receipt or email shop@chapelledoree.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the full e-book or audiobook price. No questions asked — we’d rather you feel respected as a reader than keep money from a book you didn’t enjoy.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your e-book or audiobook, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it or provide a replacement download as needed.
